The tumbler has to cure a minimum of 3 days before shipping.

Because these item are handmade and customized for you, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. 

Every product is handmade and may have minor imperfections due to the creative process , but we do our best to make sure every product goes out as perfect as we can.
