The Heart Behind the Journal

You may be wondering, why a journal?

For me, journaling became more than just putting words on paper. It became a place where I could be honest with God about the things I was carrying in my heart.

There were moments when I didn’t know what to say, moments when I felt overwhelmed, hurt, or simply needed somewhere to release what I was feeling. So I started writing. I wrote my prayers. I wrote my questions. I wrote the things I was thankful for. And sometimes, I simply wrote what was on my heart.

Little by little, those pages became a safe place for me to slow down, pray, reflect, and spend time with God.

Journaling didn’t make the hard things disappear, but it helped me process them differently. It reminded me to bring my heart to God instead of carrying everything by myself.

That’s why this prayer journal means so much to me.

I created it because I know I’m not the only woman who sometimes needs a quiet place to breathe, pray, cry, reflect, and start again.

My hope is that these pages can become that place for someone else, too. 🤍

Behind The Journal

This journal was created from a place that is very personal to me. I know what it feels like to carry things in your heart that are hard to put into words—to need a quiet moment with God, to pray through the heaviness, and to remind yourself that you’re not alone.

I wanted to create something that could be more than just a journal. I wanted it to be a gentle place to write your prayers, pour out your heart, reflect on God’s Word, and make room for healing and hope.

My hope is that when you open these pages, you feel reminded of one simple truth: God is near, even in the hard places.🤍

This journal is a little piece of my faith, created with the hope that it can become a meaningful part of someone else’s journey too.

And if you know someone whose heart could use a little encouragement, you can nominate them for this month’s Gift of Grace.
