🌸 When Motherhood Feels Like It’s Not Enough
Sometimes, motherhood feels like carrying something invisible—something no one else can see, but you feel it every day.
You give and give, and sometimes you wonder, “Am I doing enough?”
The dishes pile up.
The laundry keeps growing.
The house gets messy again five minutes after you cleaned it.
Someone needs you. Then someone else needs you. And sometimes, you barely have a moment to yourself.
And in the middle of all of it, it can be easy to feel like you're not enough.
But God never confused your worth with your productivity.
You don't have to have a perfectly clean home to be a good mother.
You don't have to get everything right.
You don't have to be everything for everyone.
Because even on the days when your love looks like packing lunches, wiping counters, making dinner, helping with homework, listening to little voices, giving hugs, praying over your children, or simply being there when they need you—
that love still counts.
🤍 God Sees What Others Don't
There are so many things mothers do that nobody sees.
The quiet prayers.
The late nights.
The worries you carry.
The sacrifices you make.
The little things you do every single day that may never receive a “thank you.”
But God sees them.
He sees the mother who is tired but keeps showing up.
He sees the mother who cries in private and then gets up and keeps going.
He sees the mother who wonders if she's doing enough while giving everything she has.
God sees your heart.
And your daily faithfulness is beautiful.
🌿 There Is Beauty in the Mess
Sometimes we wish life could be less messy.
But maybe the mess isn't always something we need to be ashamed of.
Maybe the toys on the floor, the fingerprints on the windows, the piles of laundry, the loud house, the busy schedules, and even the chaos are little reminders that life is happening.
Your home doesn't have to look perfect for it to be filled with love.
Your motherhood doesn't have to look perfect to be beautiful.
Sometimes the messiest seasons hold some of our most precious memories.
There can be beauty in the chaos.
đź’• You Don't Have to Be Everything
You don't have to be everything.
You just have to be present.
And when you can't do everything, that's okay.
God can fill in the gaps you can't fill.
You can ask for help.
You can rest.
You can have a hard day.
You can admit that you're tired.
None of those things make you a bad mother.
They make you human.
So if you're a mother who has been wondering whether you're doing enough, I want you to hear this:
You are loved.
You are seen.
You are doing more than you realize.
And you are enough.
Not because everything is easy.
Not because everything is finished.
Not because your house is perfectly clean.
But because your worth was never dependent on any of those things.
God sees you. God loves you. And He is with you in the beautiful, messy, chaotic moments of motherhood.
So take a breath, Mama.
You don't have to have it all together today.
You can rest in the truth that you are loved, you are enough, and God is right there with you. 🤍
With love,
Yolanda
