Handmade With Love
Each tumbler is carefully handmade and customized with attention to detail. Because our creations are handmade, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur as part of the handmade process.

Custom & Pre-Order Tumblers
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a custom or pre-order tumbler. The deposit covers materials, preparation, and time spent creating your order. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds
Because handmade and customized items are created specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, Yoli’s Custom Creation is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or tracking updates caused by the shipping carrier. Please allow additional time during holidays and periods of carrier delays.
